Content type framework: ASP - Aspirational is inspirational and informative and may include a call to participate. May also address barriers to entry; REL - relatable/relationship helps the user connect with you, the content and the offerings. They feel relevance and see themselves in it. May also address barriers to entry; EDU - educational content is primarily informative; CRED - credibility content is superficial but supports consideration before relatability/relationship exists; INSP - inspirational content invokes hope usually without any clear path forward. Aspirational content should outnumber this. Use sparingly. Depending on the audience for this page, consider which content types (and the frequency) will be most valuable to a great user experience. A great user experience is gives the user what they need without asking for it.

It’s time to Get Real (ASP)

A new perspective involves a more complex and sophisticated view of the human body, mind, and soul. This view challenges our very concept of disease and illness, offering and understanding that is more empowering than what we’ve had before. We are learning that beliefs, cultural conditioning, and our interaction with our environment are the true determinants of health and illness.

*Suggest including content in the first 2 sections about what it means to Get Real. e.g. "The first step to change and healing ourselves is learning the truth. For years I believed as most people do..." Is this about finding and accepting the truth within us and outside? Include the voice/tone that was decided in the brand guide for this audience. What is someone who resonates with Getting Real looking for and how can we help them? A video of Kelly giving a intro would be great where the photo placeholder is. Its important that Kelly is front and center on the page but the user experience we are inviting users to is paramount. Also include links to Get Well and Get Free in the top sections in case this isn't resonant and a primary CTA for the page for users who are ready to commit to transformation and joining programs. All image and design elements should relate to and reinforce the intended user experience, the meaning of the page content, and Kelly's values and essence. Use caution not to compensate for under developed content with overly novel and sophisticated design elements.

I’ve come to believe that those labeled as mentally ill are, in fact, the canaries in the coal mine, sounding the alarm with exquisite sensitivity in service to the rest of us. Symptoms including fatigue, insomnia, ceaseless unrest and worry, disconnection, and deep sadness, carry the message of unrecognized physical, emotional and even spiritual factors. They are telling us all that something is missing, very “off”, and we need to wake up and pay attention to find it and correct it in order to survive and be truly happy. (REL)
