Marketing Lead/Integrator

I'm calling in my work husband (ladies welcome)! 

I am looking for a full time partner, Marketing Maven, funnel sorcerer/ess who eats tech issues for breakfast and finds great pleasure in anti-procrastination and a buttoned up calendar. You will manage our marketing strategy, calendar, and needed vendors and must also have proficiency in digital product development, funnels, and operations (Active Campaign, Webflow experience a major plus). The position has growth and equity potential for the future and is salaried + commission currently. Ideologic alignment is fabulous, however, lightning speed efficiency, systems mindset, organization, near-infinite bandwidth and proactive/advanced planning are my heart’s true yearning. Position Overview

If you're a natural director and are passionate about the reclamation movement, we’ve got an opportunity for you! We've got a ton of exciting new projects in the works this year...so many that we need a Director/Directress to take the helm.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to Kelly, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

Efficiency, competency, and creative marketing vision define this role. A+ candidates only please!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction.
• The Integrator works with team members such as the marketing consultants, copywriter, operations/customer service manager, community manager, social media curator, and tech freelancers. These are people working on other projects at the same time, and the Integrator will be responsible for getting status updates from them daily.
• Effectively collaborates with Kelly. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that Kelly has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company. Loves deadlines, rapid paced creation, and advanced planning.
• Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.
• Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills.
• The Integrator tests everything, serving as the final check before something goes live.
• The Integrator is responsible for knowing if the work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality.

Copywriter

Looking for conversion copywriting support to adapt Kelly's writing for beautiful relational connection to our audience. Funnel sequences, optimization of existing funnels, sales sequences, social captions for approximately 12 posts/mo and 12-20 (short copy) emails/mo.

We are asking those interested in this role to submit a brief assessment so we can schedule interviews with those who are the best fit.

1. Write 1 email and IG caption (asset creation a plus!) 

Topic: What’s Possible Wednesdays? | Frequency: 1x/every other week. 

This email series is a new idea, intended to educate people on Vital Mind Reset (VMR) to:

• Generate ongoing awareness about VMR which is available on self-study evergreen and through certified coaches
• Be familiarizing our audience with VMR so that they already know what it is, especially when promoting VMR Coaching Certification (2x/year, for now)

Each email will feature a testimonial (we have a large library) sourced from our outcomes page to showcase.

2. Write 1 email and IG caption (asset creation a plus!) 

Topic: The Reclaimed Woman book launch emails

• Focus on “desire marketing” approach to an email inviting the experience of a reclaimed woman also sharing pre-order bonuses and inspiring mission-oriented action. Example: 

  Here's what this luscious life looks like: You wake up without an alarm, and you become aware of the feeling of silk on your skin. You sense what your body wants in this moment and you oblige, running your hands, slowly, up and down your belly. Throughout the rest of your day, you ask your body what she wants and you are a custodian of her needs. You care for this body like a devoted lover, anointing, adorning, and honoring. When sensations and feelings arise, you know exactly how to attend to them and to allow them to transform into creative ideas and expression. You make decisions with ease and confidence. You expect delight, synchronicity, and magic to effervesce from your lifescape.
